Digital Footprint
Is basically everything on the internet that is about you! Sometimes content about you may be viewed by people you don’t know. Your digital footprint may include photos, audio, videos, blog posts, posts you write on friends’ walls. Like all information on the internet, it can be permanent. Remember - internet information has a global audience.

  1. 1. The imminent dangers are that people can know what you did, when you did it and who did it.

    2. It is because they might live in an environment which they think is safe, or their government did not promote the issue well enough or they were un aware of the dangers there are on the internet.

    3. I think there should be more advertisements with examples, talks, pop up warnings for certain websites, television advertising with real life experiences from others.

  2. 1) Everything about us is on the internet so almost everyone can know about us. We need to know what not to post so that we do not fall prey to cyber scams, etc.
    2) Many people think only they can see what they post( passwords, usernames, ect) but actually many people are able to see what we post online.
    3) People should relate to us their real life experience, warnings when we want to post something online, so we know what to do and not to do.
